for the love of cats
Cats forever! I NEED these shoes, hopefully my parents will be in the giving spirit this year (as they call it) and maybe I'll be a proud owner of a pair of these one quirky day. :)
H&M on a roll
I haven't even gotten round to buying anything signed Versace + H&M and now they're coming out with a Marni collaboration! All hail H&M, making quality and artistry (high fashion) available to everyone! Yayy!
shoes I MUST buy
Nowhere pumps that I absolutely must own, I am developing a chronic obsession that's escalating with every minute that passes while I stare at these beauties, cursor resting on the 'purchase' button. HESITATIONS! HESITATIONS! Sigh... blogger Sandra Hagelstam (my favorite blogger EVER) and her gorgeous gams showcasing gorgeous shoes sparked a new kind of envy for me. I REALLY must get them now.

Rackstarz
Love this remix to death. Also loving the 80s themed video, the fighting over the rackstarz tape is hilarious.

HOTPINK
a quick outfit capture. Found the shirt's soulmates: my neon pink watch and my rose coloured sunnies. I guess I was subconsciously inspired by this season's Cushnie and Och's colour palette. You could spot me from a kilometre away with the colour, useful dressing guys.
shirt: Workshop (Thailand), shoes: (super old) Lacoste, watch: Bangkok street vendor, jacket: Workshop (Thailand), sunnies: asos

Turkish delight
Well, I was on vacation in Istanbul not long ago, and turns out you can truly find treasures in the souks if you looked hard enough. I hope the amethyst crystals are real and not spray painted quartz (yes that has happened to me before in Tunisia, big fail.) it wasn't a luxurious shop with A.C so I really do hope I haven't paid too much for its true value. But frankly, I don't really care seeing that I made the decision to buy it the moment I saw it, its gorgeous.

children of the earth
The Mountain from TSO Photography on Vimeo.
This was captured, it is simply stunning so I just felt super compelled to share this to the world.
If you ask me what beauty is, I'd tell you it's all around. Everywhere, anywhere, earth is so beautiful and I'm so fortunate I can witness it with my own eyes.

Samui sun
I had been away from home for such a long time and I was dying and longing for the sea, sun, sand and that Thai down-to-earth vibe you can't get anywhere else in the world. So this is the reason for the lack of updates on the blog, I do apologize! The trip was so amazing, mostly because I was accompanied by my closest friends...the view doesn't hurt too. But still, it's true what they say it isn't where you're at, it's who you're with. But Koh Samui and close friends is by far the BEST combo I could have asked for. Lazing in the sun with the white sand between your toes, clear waters and thai food...I couldn't have asked for more. I'm going to stop gushing now ha ha.

subdued
quick outfit post.
dress and cropped sweater: Topshop, ring: camden town, shoes: the good ol' Converses
The temperature's been abnormally cold these past few weeks, I was forced to push all my shorts and newly bought sandals to the back of my closet and wear old warm winter gear again. But this outfit was so comfortable, quickly (but not effortlessly) thrown on before lecture, oh yes, I was 15 minutes late.

pocahontas
Oh yes, I finally decided to wear my suede H&M shorts yesterday, fully equipped to take on the wild city with my brown loafer/moccasins. Channelling the Pocahontas-on-a-Parisian-adventure-vibe. As I can recall Pocahontas was super hot, I really wanted to be her when I was little...who wouldn't want to have a rocking bod, perfect hair, a dashing boyfriend AND the ability to talk to a willow tree? I know I did.
Also one of my favorite bags ever I found this in a vintage store in Bangkok, the owner was such a sweetheart, she had an amuh-zing collection of bags, jewelry and what have you.
(she didn't even want to sell some of the things because she was so attached to them haha they were only on for 'display purposes' but she finally succumbed to my mother's persuasive powers and bargaining mastery!)
Those against fur or leather or any of that sort please don't judge, but that's an entire python on my bag right thur. Which is something I try not to think about when I use this bag.
PS. my friend just recently created a blog, check his blog out here: solosighted

Dean&Deluca
Went to try out newly opened Dean & Deluca (Bangkok) with Yodes...too bad we arrived to low panini stocks so most of what we wanted to eat (avocado and goats cheese sammich) had run out. Sad.
But the trip could not be made for nothing , we settled for the next option... chicken+hummus+rocket salad sandwich and four meats sandwich (can't remember the names correctly anymore, I have the worst memory nowadays) and a little Greek salad. There was a small section with Dean & Deluca products which I didn't have the chance to check out, will do it next time methinks. Overall there was a great crowd of cool peeps and the pleasant thai "winter" weather (it's not really winter but thais are happy once temperature drops to 25 celsius, which is the coolest it can go in the city) was great for sitting outside as well, but we couldn't do that EITHER, twas fully packed :(
