coveting.

Wasn't entirely sure that I liked the massive chunkiness of the lita shoes (been circling around the hipster scene a lot lately) until I saw them in Tapestry and Paisley. My mind was officially blown! So unfortunately for my bank account (story of its life) I'm going to have no choice but to buy these babies soooooooon!

seduce me like witchcraft

Not to sound hyperbolic or anything, I have made a discovery, I think I've been trying to find something like this for all of my life. My photographer soulmate Allison Scarpulla , thanks to froufrouu introducing me to her photography, I'm completely smitten.

Ashley Smith in Jalouse Magazine by Edouard Plongeon
The way the editorial plays out like a story line is very cool, plus Jalouse magazine is one of my favorite reads. (well, only when I'm in France, can't find it here in Thailand)
I also love women with that natural gap in their teeth, I do! Like Vanessa Paradis, Lara Stone..etc (haha that's all the turned up on the top of my head!) I find the natural flaws like freckles, dimples, teeth and things like that to be very charming, whoever possesses those things are very lucky in fact, it becomes such a great trademark.

Strange Talk

Aussie indie bands = awesome musicians.
I'm in love with this song, have a listen:

La mer

Kasia Struss by Hugh Lippe for Naag.

Well it seems my latest craze of listening to melancholic live acoustic songs hasn't ended from last night, on the contrary, I was wanting more...so the instant I woke up I youtubed Jeff Buckley's Hallelujah (because I missed it, and it's the prettiest songs out there) and got the fix I needed (to be transported with the music plus goosebumps, lame yes, I have my moments)

Anyways, as I was listening I opened up fashiongonerogue and coincidentally found a brand new editorial that is just so fitting to the song. Obviously, I wanted to share... plus I've been waiting for some editorial to just 'hit me' but none of them have lately and this one is lovely, the elements with the girl and the sea, the mist, the floaty fabrics, fur(!?), natural beauty is best. The choice of the less obvious 'a cold day at the beach in the autumn' as opposed 'a summers day at the beach' makes it so much more intriguing as well.

I also miss the sea.
(even though I live awfully close to the beach)
