Mon Amour

My beloved husband Michael Pitt is going to grace Prada? YES my life is complete, enough said.

Just look at him, who wouldn't love this cherubic, rebellious, grunge god of a man? I'm so in love. My evening keeps getting better and better.

spring swagger

My mental shopping list, these objects are never going to grace my closet space so I let myself daydream about icecream coloured shit that I can't afford (except the Supergas, those are necessary)
YSL heels.

The whole ASAP rocky crew are so fresh that it's just so refreshing to see and listen to their stuff...Hermes scarves, 90s Versace sunglasses and Rick Owens, they be 'dat stylish mfckers' too.

shoelust

some cowgirl style shoelust at Isabel Marant. tdf.

The Row x Superga

Because being professional at bobo-chic-slouch-minimalism wasn't enough, Mk and and Ashley is quickly climbing to the upper echelons (together with Mrs Beckham, who's designs are tdf) of high fashion, mostly I just love them for their effortless cool thinking-out-of-the-box style. Always one step ahead of the cool crowds and aspiring to build an empire of very comfortable fashion with close attention to detail and impeccable quality. Yes, I did cringe at the price tag; the 16000 dollar (sublime) croc leather backpacks (The Row) were outrageously overpriced but god, but if I had the money, I'd buy any part of Mary-kate and Ashley's designs. Just to know I'm wearing something that's also in their closet.

$250 a pop for these cashmere babies with gold eyelets in grey and black. Would you do it?

Supergas will always remind me of a chic parisian woman on a sunny spring day.

Nothing else needs to be said, enjoy.

The stunning hotel embedded in the corner of equally stunning place vendome and Kate, oh, Kate, dressed in this season's finest couture and looking her best. Right now my inner girl is weeing herself with delight.

Chanel

This season, chanel sirens (you know, the regular models and supermodels that are ALWAYS at a chanel show) are stomping around in an Amethyst tinted planet krypton with their tdf shoes that were already amazing enough with the perspex heel and asymmetric front but Lagerfeld had to add raw CRYSTALS to the stem of the heel to make you die even more inside for being poor. (ahem, student budget, yes I hate my life? Not always)

Chanel should be an adjective. It should exist in the oxford dictionary to describe all things timeless and just TO DIE FOR. EVERY woman has unconditional love for Chanel, buy a woman's soul with a Chanel anything (bag, dress, those HEELS, necklace, BAG) she will never forget you. It could even become a currency of its own, except no sane woman would trade her hard-earned Chanel articles for anything. So here I am dying over Chanel every season because of Lagerfeld's ability to conjure out a dream of a runway show every 6 months for insatiable people who live and die together with style. I sound so dramatic right now, but I'm loving it. I know you all understand where I'm coming from, who can ever describe how Chanel makes you feel? It's just so 'Chanel', GOD if these pictures don't make you curl over, pupils dilate and mouth water with desire then I don't know what to say to you, honey.

Jil Sander

Nothing new for you to hear, you probably have heard that Raf Simons is leaving Jil Sander for Dior. A more than stunning job he did of maintaining Sander's vision of the contemporary silhouette, minimalist, radical, elegant. His last show was bittersweet; though all of that bitterness was not present in the palette of the collection. Browns and nudes to emphasize the Woman's sensuality, shades of baby pink and rose representing her tenderness. Of course always the clean hair and face and flashes of metallic and neon updating the overly feminine palette to the present. And as if, celebrating and commemorating his departure, bouquets of stunning flowers were encased in clear perspex boxes on the runway. I do think Dior is in desperate need to be rescued, and although Dior without Galliano will never ever be the same, Raf Simon's arrival signals a new hope for the house and the legend of Dior. Ah, such a beautiful spring time story. New beginnings and lightness.

Free People

love this lookbook shot in Vietnam. I always love photography that has an element of the morning mist or type of haze or fog. Vietnam is also a stunning country full of remnants of old colonialism and Chinese influences that clash to make a half-breed culture of the two best combinations of east and west. Spring is coming in Europe, the temperatures have risen and sitting on the grass in the evening with music and a little picnic after a long winter is the best feeling in the entire world.
